Honest numbers

What league cards actually sell for

Most are worth very little, and that is the honest headline. The NRL market is small and thinly traded, so value concentrates at the top rather than spreading across the set.

Questions

NRL card questions

What are my NRL cards worth?

+
Most rugby league cards are worth a few dollars. Value concentrates in signed cards, low serial numbers and key rookies. Photograph the front of a card with CardLoft and you get the set, number, any parallel and a live CardLoft valuation in AUD, usually in a few seconds.

Who makes NRL cards now?

+
Select. The NRL licence moved from TLA to Select for the 2026 season after roughly fourteen years, and 2026 Select NRL League Heroes is the current release: 269 cards across all 17 NRL clubs and 12 NRLW teams. TLA-era NRL Traders, Elite and Titanium cards are still everywhere on the secondary market.

Are my old Scanlens rugby league cards valuable?

+
Sometimes, and condition decides it. Scanlens ran from the 1960s and complete team sets in genuine mint condition are where the money sits. Cards that have been played with, rubber-banded or stored loose in a shoebox are usually worth very little regardless of who is on them.

Does CardLoft price in Australian dollars?

+
Yes. Every valuation is CardLoft's own, in AUD, read off the live Australian market rugby league cards actually trade in. US card apps price NRL cards off American sold data, when they identify them at all.

Is it free?

+
Valuing a card is free and needs no account. An account is for keeping a collection, sharing it with one link and listing to eBay when you want to sell.
