2026-27 TGI Cricket Traders Luxe: Buyer's Guide

2026-27 TGI Cricket Traders Luxe: Buyer's Guide

TGI Cricket Traders Luxe 2026-27 drops Saturday 1 November, and it's the most insert-loaded Luxe yet. Thirty packs per box, 10 cards per pack, a 153-card base set, and a hit lineup headlined by the first dedicated Alyssa Healy career retrospective in the TGI product line. Here's what you need to know before you buy.

What's in a Luxe box?

Every box is 30 packs of 10 cards, so you're opening 300 cards total. A Silver parallel is guaranteed in every pack, meaning 30 Silvers per box before anything else hits the table. The insert ladder then climbs from Leaderboard (1 per 5 packs) all the way up to Mojo Opal Red and IS Gold parallels at 1 per 30.

Which inserts matter, and how often do they fall?

The IS Gold is the standout mid-tier chase. These are Luxe-exclusive foil parallels of the 2025-26 International Series cards, the same cards that appeared in the standard retail set. Collectors chasing Head (4 IS cards), Smith (4), Inglis (2) or Cummins in the base IS set now have an exclusive numbered parallel to hunt; the 2025-26 IS Gold ran to /139, though the 2026-27 print run is not yet confirmed.

  • Silver Parallel (153 cards): guaranteed 1 per pack
  • Leaderboard (64 cards): 1 per 5 packs
  • STR / TOTT (24 cards each): 1 per 6 packs
  • 2025-26 IS (36 cards): 1 per 10 packs
  • 150th Test Anniversary (42 cards): 1 per 10 packs
  • Faces of the Tournament (32 cards, NEW): 1 per 10 packs
  • IS Gold Parallel (36 cards, Luxe-exclusive): 1 per 30 packs
  • Mojo Opal Red (153 cards): 1 per 30 packs
  • Top Fielders (16 cards, NEW): 1 per 30 packs

What are the big hit cards?

The marquee pull is the Alyssa Healy Greats set: 12 card designs celebrating her career, each printed to /110. Two of the 12 designs are hand-signed by Healy; the other 10 are unsigned base cards in the set. Legends Signatures bring Michael Hussey and Alex Blackwell at /150 each, both consistently popular with Australian collectors.

Authentics Signatures cover three tiers: White /110, Black /69, and Team /35, with 12 signers across all tiers. TGI hasn't published the 2026-27 signer checklist yet, so the Authentics auto chase is genuinely blind. Round it out with Spotlight Jersey Patch cards in Silver (/82) and Gold (/52) flavours across 8 players each, and snap your pulls into CardLoft to keep your collection organised as you open.

What's actually new in 2026-27?

Two brand-new insert sets debut here: Top Fielders (16 cards, 1 per 30 packs) and Faces of the Tournament (32 cards, 1 per 10 packs). The Healy Greats is also a first for the TGI and TLA product line: she's had base cards, IS appearances and Decorated inclusions, but never a dedicated 12-card solo retrospective. BBL Illustrious doubles from 9 to 18 cards, and Mojo Opal switches from White (2025-26) to Red.

Authentics print runs continue to tighten year on year: White drops from /148 to /110, Black from /94 to /69, and Team from /47 to /35. The Mojo Opal Gold remains the ultimate pull. Every player's Mojo Opal Gold is a unique 1/1, meaning up to 153 individual 1/1 cards exist across the full base set, one per player, not one globally-unique card.

How much does a box cost, and where do I buy?

Box prices vary significantly across Australian retailers. APT Collectables has the sharpest retail price at $120 AUD. Dave & Jazzy's lists at $132.64 and Diggaz at $180; single packs run $4.42 (Dave & Jazzy's) to $6 (Diggaz) if you'd rather test the product before committing to a box.

One catch: Immortals Trading Cards lists an expected delivery of late November to early December, well behind other retailers. For release-day stock on 1 November, stick to APT, Dave & Jazzy's, Diggaz or CompletCards.

Frequently asked questions

When does TGI Cricket Traders Luxe 2026-27 release?

Saturday 1 November 2026. APT Collectables, Dave & Jazzy's, Diggaz and CompletCards all have stock available from that date.

What is the IS Gold parallel and why do collectors want it?

The IS Gold is a Luxe-exclusive foil parallel of the 2025-26 International Series cards, falling at 1 per 30 packs. It's the only way to get a numbered parallel of those IS cards. Players like Travis Head (4 IS cards), Steve Smith, Josh Inglis and Pat Cummins are the most in-demand. The 2026-27 print run hasn't been confirmed pre-release; the 2025-26 equivalent was /139.

Who are the confirmed auto signers in 2026-27 Luxe?

Three names are confirmed: Michael Hussey and Alex Blackwell (Legends Signatures, /150 each) and Alyssa Healy (The Greats, 2 of 12 designs hand-signed, /110 per design). The 12 Authentics Signature signers and 10 Breakouts Signature signers have not been announced yet.

What's a Mojo Opal Gold and how rare is it?

Each player in the 153-card base set has exactly one Mojo Opal Gold card, numbered 1/1. That means up to 153 individual 1/1 cards exist across the full set, one unique card per player, not a single globally-unique card.

Is the Mojo Opal Red or White in 2026-27?

Red. The 2025-26 Luxe had a Mojo Opal White; TGI switched the colour to Red for 2026-27. The print run for the Red version hasn't been specified in pre-release material.
